HF GV3 series

HF GV3 Series (RX01)

Environment-friendly three-part reaction acrylic ink developed for tempered glass. The total halogen content < 1500 ppm (Cl + Br < 900 ppm). Provides excellent gloss, leveling, and strong adhesion even at low curing temperatures.

Mixing Ratio HF GV3 RX01 710 / Other Colors: A Hardener CARE 183 = 100 : 15 : 2
HF GV3 RX01 120 / Other Colors: A Hardener CARE 183 = 100 : 10 : 2
HF GV2 RX01 710 / 120 Colors: A Hardener CARE 182 = 100 : 0 : 2
Drying Condition120 °C × 30 minutes recommended
Notes
  • Drying > 40 min at 120 °C can improve alcohol resistance.
  • Follow proper additive/diluent ratios — ink thickens after ~3 h at room temp; adjust with diluent as needed.
  • Add 1 % CARE 111 to reduce foaming issues if present.
  • If performance drops over time, add 1 % CARE 183 to restore adhesion.
  • Pot life ≈ 7 hours — do not use beyond that period.
  • Check adhesion and resistance properties under long-term storage conditions.
