SG740 Series
The SG740 Series is a family of quick-drying, two-part reaction inks with exceptional adhesion and solvent resistance. Ideal for printing on treated PP, PE, POM (polyacetal), ABS, acrylic, PVC, and nylon cloth — ensuring durability and high production efficiency.
Key Specifications
| Parameter | Details |
|---|---|
| Ink Type | Quick-drying, two-part reaction ink using an isocyanate hardener. |
| Usage | Outstanding adhesion power; ideal for printing over treated PP/PE, POM coats, ABS acrylic, PVC, and nylon cloth. |
| Finish | Semi-gloss finish with excellent solvent resistance and smooth coating. |
| Drying Time | Sets in 40 min at 25°C, hard dry in 1 week; or 30 min at 80°C + 2 days air-dry. For metals, heat treat at 120°C for 20 min. |
| Mixing Ratios | Add transparent hardener at 1:10 ratio to main agent; mix well and use within 6–8 hours pot life. |
| Diluent | Standard solvent (T-926), slow-dry (T-927), and retarder (T-980). |
| Wash-Up | Use T-15 for economical washing of plates and tools. |
| Performance | Identical to VIC series; slightly thinner printed film for enhanced clarity. |
| Caution |
• Hardener is moisture-sensitive — use immediately after unpacking. • Avoid foaming by adding CARE 20 or CARE 50 (1–2%). • Gold metallic powder not recommended (causes gelation). • Silver metallic powders can be used safely. |
